Situated at the north of Paris, the area encompasses a large number of assets and wealth: Universities, research laboratories, worldwide and local companies, thousands of employees and inhabitants who bring it to life on a daily basis.
Benefiting from a full transport network which will develop even further in the next months and years, Plaine Commune represents a strategic territory inside Ile-de-France.
The Plaine Commune region constitutes the area with the most real-estate potential in Ile-De-France for the next fifteen years. It comprises major sites such as Babcock in La Courneuve, the SNCF cathedrals in in Saint-Denis or the large zone of the Docks in Saint-Ouen.
To support its development, Plaine Commune can rely on various public and private sponsors such as the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris or CAP Digital.
If the creation of the " Grand Paris Express " and of its six future stations in Plaine Commune and in Saint-Ouen represents an essential asset for the region, the whole area is already well-catered for in terms or transports.
Thanks to the RER B, the region is already directly linked to the airports Charles de Gaulle (Roissy) and the Bourget. Access to Paris is also possible in a few minutes via the lines B and D of the RER. The imminent arrival of a TGV line in Pleyel will complete the link between Plaine Commune with the rest of France and to Europe.
