These fun and free walks are opportunities to exchange ideas about the projects for the region, between locals, councillors and technicians.
The themed walks - focussed on one or many integral aspects of the region's identity – are open to all the locals of the Plaine Commune area. Since the creation of an urban conglomeration, the towns within that community have chosen to develop a unique approach with its inhabitants, consisting of dialogue and listening.
Initiated by the town of Aubervilliers, the 'urban strolls' are now open to the whole of the region.
These friendly moments are organised all year long and are conceived as instruments to encourage local democracy, enabling local inhabitants to get involved with the regional projects, with a new theme for each walk.
Fun, free and educational, these walks are a great opportunity to bring together councillors, technicians and locals to exchange their know-how in a friendly environment, to gain a fresh perspective on a changing region, and to get involved with the overall urban conglomeration project.
