The largest eco-neighbourhood – over 100 ha, equivalent to a quarter of the municipality – close to the capital. Developed by the city and its developer contractor, Séquano Aménagement, validated by the state as " Eco-neighbourhood of Île-de-France ", identified by the region as " New urban area", the Docks – with a 12 ha urban park, 1500 living accommodations and 50 000 m² of offices, will be completed by 2025.

Construction of the Véolia head offices– 45.000 m² : driving economic force for the whole of the Urban Development Zone. Completion scheduled for: 2016.
